  • I contacted En Pointe Solutions last year to request support for the Sales & Events team at Cameron House with their Delphi engagement, the support received was remarkable. Heather Mills undertook initial discovery work with the team to assess the knowledge gaps and identify areas for assistance. She presented her findings and began working on a user guide, following up with a training session alongside Colin Horsburgh on both Delphi standards and selling skills. Heather also conducted a review of the system set up and further supported with menu and package creation, new documents, and a general clean of all areas in Delphi.

    Not only has this helped to streamline the sales process, the progression and engagement of our team from where we were to where we are now has been extraordinary.
