Emma Keeling

Emma is passionate about Salesforce and how it can be adopted in non-profit and small and medium enterprises to help them significantly impact their sector. Whether that is increasing support or revenue, the premise is the same. With experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Emma volunteers her Salesforce skills for several charities, including providing Salesforce training for Supermums.

Emma is an 11x Salesforce Certified professional with over six years of experience. She managed five complex Salesforce instances for IHG's Global Product Manager for Sales & Catering, covering over 2,000 users and 150 hotels worldwide. Emma has worked with various clients and is passionate about database management, using reports and dashboards to increase productivity and achieve her client's goals.

When Emma is not working, she spends much of her free time on continuous learning, whether that is Salesforce (I’m a 5x Salesforce Trailhead Ranger) or personal growth. She is also a mother, wife, dog, cat and tortoise owner who likes to travel and is a keen geocacher.
