Ashleigh has over 20 years of working with international hospitality and real estate brands in the UK, USA, UAE and Thailand. 

Since co-founding Halo Business Consulting in 2019, Ashleigh helped launch global hotel brands in Bangkok, led the re-branding campaign for iconic London hotel, The Dilly, and continues to be a marketing & communications consultant for Kew Green Hotels, Resident Hotels, Zero Procure and Hospitality People Group.

Ashleigh also has extensive experience as both an in-house Marketing & Communications Director with global hospitality brands and as a PR Director in some of the UK’s top PR agencies. This has helped her gain a broad understanding of how we can add real value for our clients.
