Vision Linens is a UK-based supplier of luxury hotel and hospitality linens. Their range of products includes bed linen, towels, robes, slippers, and table linen. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Vision Linens prides itself on providing high-quality products at competitive prices. They work with leading hotels, spas, and restaurants to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Project

  • Design and delivery of a sales training course.

Objective

  • To develop and write a bespoke sales training course for the Commercial team at Vision Support Services.

  • Support the development of a sales culture in the business following a change in sales leadership.

Success Criteria

  • Deliver the Solution Selling course to the entire sales and senior leadership teams over a 12-month period.

  • The key skills and tools learned to be adopted in day-to-day activity.

  • A new culture was created that engaged everyone from senior management to the team.

Action

  • Met with the Director of Sales and Marketing to establish the objectives and outcomes. The Solution Selling model was the preferred choice as it would allow salespeople from all backgrounds and abilities to learn and develop skills. It would also create the basis for the new sales culture being developed.

  • En Pointe Solutions designed a bespoke course to run over two days for the team to participate in. Select leaders from the commercial team were also invited to join the course including the Managing Director.

Result

  • The course has now been delivered to over 65 delegates with all of the core UK team being trained.

  • The international sales team from Pakistan, India, Dubai and Bahrain have all gone through the training with further plans to roll out more training moving forward.
