Her experience has made her an expert in sales processes, systems, and spreadsheets. After spending nine years in sales with IHG, Heather developed a passion for ensuring that salespeople have the right tools to sell effectively. She is dedicated to getting the foundations right and has carved out a niche for herself as a sales process specialist.
